In recent weeks, the Spanish real estate market has picked up considerably for many agents, particularly those that are offering their Spanish property bargains to home-grown Spanish buyers and their euro-zone counterparts.

We have noticed a real pick-up in activity from Spaniards from Northern Spain and Madrid, plus those buyers from other European countries, particularly France, Norway, Belgium and the Netherlands.

This all means that the Brits are likely to miss out on the genuine Spanish property bargains on offer at the moment.
