Once you have decided on a suitable plot of land in Spain, you need to decide on the best way of developing it. In most cases, this will already have been done in consultation with an architect before committing to the purchase of your plot, as most buyers will seek assurances that the land is suitable for the type of house that they have envisaged.
For instance, you will want to receive some guidance on the following matters:
· anticipated costs for the project, including groundwork costs
· guidance regarding the type of structure that´s applicable in the locality – remember that certain areas may be very restrictive on the use of more contemporary materials and facades
